How We Hire

Our hiring process is designed to help us get to know you — and for you to get to know us. We see hiring as a two-way conversation. Here’s what to expect:

Application & Screening 

Once we receive your application, our People & Culture team reviews it to make sure the basic requirements are met.

First Interview

You’ll meet someone from People & Culture and the relevant department. It’s about getting a first impression — on both sides — of whether there’s a good fit.

Meet the Company

In the second round, you’ll meet more team members and possibly someone from leadership. You’ll get a tour of the office and, if relevant, do a short trial session to experience the role firsthand.

Decision & Offer

If it feels right on both sides, we’ll make you an offer. Once you accept, we’ll get everything ready to welcome you on board and set you up for a successful start.

Your First Weeks at tectos

From onboarding to your first projects or client contact, your start at tectos is designed to be clear, fast, and hands-on. You’ll meet your team, get familiar with tools and methods, and dive into real work early. A dedicated onboarding buddy will guide you through your first weeks, helping you find your feet technically, personally, and culturally. 

Life at tectos

Expect deep dives into NVH and test logic, espresso rituals in our social space, and shared insights during our monthly all-hands. Yes, we sometimes (constructively) debate vibration patterns or gear ratios — and sometimes we just enjoy time together at a team event.
